Use of ASCO Name
The name 'African Solidarity Civic Organisation' and its abbreviation 'ASCO' may not be used by any individual or organisation to imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written approval from ASCO's Executive Director. ASCO is registered as a Non-Profit Company under the Companies Act, 2008 (Reg. 2026/521895/08). Use of the full registered name or NPC designation must accurately reflect this status.
Logo and Branding
ASCO's logo, visual identity, and branded materials are the intellectual property of the organisation. Use of these materials requires written permission. Approved partners must use the logo in accordance with ASCO's brand guidelines.
Published Materials
ASCO's publications, reports, research, and educational materials may be shared and reproduced for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given and the content is not altered or taken out of context.
Media and Communications
Only authorised ASCO representatives may speak on behalf of the organisation to the media. All public communications must be approved through ASCO's communications processes.
