Mission: To promote African solidarity, defend human rights, encourage civic participation, combat xenophobia, and advocate for social justice, accountability, and inclusive development — with youth cultural exchange and social cohesion as our flagship focus.

Founded and led by South Africans, ASCO seeks to create a platform where communities can address social and economic challenges through lawful engagement, civic participation, and constructive dialogue.

What We Value

The principles behind our work.

Our Position

No to xenophobia. No to vigilantism. Yes to the rule of law.

ASCO rejects xenophobia and collective blame. We acknowledge citizens' genuine concerns regarding unemployment, crime, corruption, and service delivery challenges — while maintaining that criminality has no nationality and must be addressed through the rule of law, not mob action or vigilantism.

Immigration and documentation matters are the responsibility of state institutions, not private citizens. We call for dialogue over division, peace over violence, and unity over hate.
